Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our network. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction date. We want to ensure that using PKLOUT is a risk-free decision for your growth strategy.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To prevent abuse of the platform, the following criteria must be met to automatically qualify for a refund:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- You have utilized less than 10% of the purchased credit bundle.
- Your account has not been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
If you have used more than 10% of your credits but feel you have a valid reason for a refund (e.g., technical failure of our service), please contact support for a manual review.
3. Filing a Request
To start a refund request, please email our support team at billing@pklout.com with your Transaction ID and the email address associated with your account. We aim to process all verified requests within 3 business days.
Once approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
4. Exceptions
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Promotional credits or bonus credits gifted by PKLOUT.
- Credits used for campaigns that have already been fully delivered and verified.
- Enterprise custom plans (unless specified in the Service Level Agreement).
